Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Sunday, April 19 2026 at K.C. Irving Centre, starting at 2:00 pm.

This annual meeting will provide an opportunity to review the past year, present financial statements, discuss upcoming projects, and conduct board elections.

Members from 2025 and 2026, as well as anyone wishing to join the club, are welcome. Those who are not yet members will have the opportunity to register on the day of the meeting.

To help the meeting run smoothly, we kindly ask you to read the minutes from the last AGM in advance, as they will be submitted for approval.

Quorum required: A minimum of 15 members must be present to validate decisions. Your participation is important.

Voting procedures: Votes will be held by a show of hands. Proxy voting is permitted. 

Board elections: for 2026, 6 of the 7 current board members are standing for re-election. If you are interested in running or would like more information, please contact management@squiregreen.com or directly at the AGM.
